I believe that now that Im traveling around the world I have a responsibility to give back.
I grew up in an area with big social differences, so I know how it feels to grow up in a township or a slum. Music took me out of that and now that Im travelling all over the world I want to give back and help other talented musicians to be seen.

I believe music can make a big difference in the lives of the younger generations coming out of disadvantaged areas. Music took me out of such circumstances and showed me the world and I’m proud to be part of the Bridges For Music project.
Black Coffee is one of the most iconic artists in South Africa today. A true example for the youth, not only for being an exceptional musician and having built his career from scratch, and for being committed to enhance opportunities for the younger south African generations.
